Pulegone (Standard) is the analytical standard of Pulegone (HY-N1500). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Pulegone is a monoterpene ketone compound widely present in the essential oils of many plants. Pulegone can also be used as a bird repellent. Pulegone has multiple activities such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-hyperalgesic effects. Pulegone is particularly effective against bacteria of the Salmonella species.

Hypaconitine (Standard) is the analytical standard of Hypaconitine. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Hypaconitine inhibits the KCNH2 current with an IC₅₀ of 8.1 nM, and exhibits cardiotoxicity. Hypaconitine inhibits TGF-β1-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in A549 cell through the inhibition of NF-κB nuclear translocation. Hypaconitine acts as the neuromuscular blocker. Hypaconitine is orally active.

Sadopine is an allosteric modulator for dihydropyridine receptor ((-)Sadopine as positive allosteric modulator and (+)Sadopine as negative allosteric modulator). Sadopine interacts with dihydropyridine (DHP)-sensitive L-type calcium channels.

RyR2 stabilizer-1 (compound 12a) is a potent RyR2 stabilizer and SERCA2a activator with EC₅₀s of 2.7 μM for RyR2 and 383 nM for SERCA2. RyR2 stabilizer-1 inhibits Ca²⁺ leakage from the SR RyR2 while promoting SERCA2 to pump Ca²⁺ back to SR, which make RyR2 stabilizer-1 possible to prevent cardiac arrhythmias.

Calcium channel-modulator-1 is an orally active calcium channel modulator that blocks aortic contraction with an IC₅₀ of 0.8 μM. Calcium channel-modulator-1 can be used for the study of cardiovascular conditions.
